22TH always marks the day of our GINNAS 4 aka GN4 =)) LOVE THEM TO DEATH =) muacks!! Well, Duaginna saginna and me start our wonderful day working out in the gym.All of us SWEAT it out on the treadmill! I'm proud to say that I've RAN A GOOD 2.4KM =)) It's been nearly two years since I had 2.4. Stamina dropped tremendously after years of not hitting the gym twice a week with my dad... Well I just stick to strict dieting instead of ways to burn off my excess fats =)) i'M a lazy bum... FACT is after our gym session, all the three of us are STARVING LIKE HELL! Due to the fact that we had nothing for the day or even had little potion of food the previous night before we hit the gym in the late noon.GINNAS are really GINNAS, we realised that none of us brought along shower gels or shampoo... Because we assume the fact that one of of will bring thus we can share.. and it's PURE COINCIDENCE that all three of us had the same thinking of assuming! GREAT! Had a HARD time pondering how can we clean ourselves up after a burnt out session in the gym without any shower gels or shampoo... Thank goodness my brother-in-law is still at home by the time we're done with our gym session, thus he brought shower gels and shampoo down for us! AWW!! that was REALLY NICE, thanks for marking our day too =)

The funny and silly thing that both saginna and I did while we're showering was, we thought there isn't any heater thus we got to tolerate the cold heartless icy water that was flowing down our pretty HOT body! I was cursing and swearing while I bite my lips to endure the COLD freaking water =( Just then our PRETTY angel DUAginna came. she realised that we didn't switch on the heater ,thus she switched it on for us... aww..she just make us feel MUCH MUCH MORE BETTER! warm water finally ! We didn't realised the heater switch is over at the corner of the wall =_=

It was pouring heavily after we're done with our shower.. thus we had NO CHOICE but to stay inside the washroom for shelter.Just then a CHINA LADY who was suppose to clean up the washroom appear at the entrance of the washroom, I swear she was staring at us constantly for no FREAKING GOOD REASONS?? PLUS she gave us the sternly expressions? for FREAKING REASON?She's weird... WE can't stand the sight of her too... ANW she look pretty hideous too =) NO OFFENCE!

As soon as there's no raining cats and dogs,merely drizzle,we make our way out to meet our LIginna over at AMK HUB... She didn't join us for gym as she got to accompany her dad to the hospital =)) NOw all of us are STARVING!!! I swear I could eat a lion! DAMN i had nothing at all for the past 24hrs and just after a gym session! HUNGER PANG just caught up with me! Decided to head over to town for dinner... Well since all of us craved for FISH & CHIPS thus we went over to fish& co to have a nice fulling dinner! AMBIENCE'S was fantastic! since not much people dining in on a normal weekday night! Thus we got to enjoy the serenity while we're having our fish and chips! I made a very STUPID mistake by being unique again! hahah! I was the only one who ordered a Thai special grill fish without knowing how SPICY AND HOT the sauce could get over the headless mind of mine =( I gulped down three BIG glasses of ICE WATER, still my tongue is burning!!! BAD CHOICE!
